Fractional marketing leadership and content strategy for health tech and life sciences companies that need a senior partner — not a staffing solution.
I embed as your fractional marketing lead, bringing 15+ years of experience in healthcare communications, clinical content, and strategic positioning to the specific challenges your company is navigating right now. Whether you’re pre-launch, post-funding, or trying to scale a marketing function that’s been running on instinct, I build the strategy and produce the work — without the overhead of a full-time hire.
My work spans four core service areas. Most engagements start with one and expand as the relationship develops.
Content Strategy & Execution
Blogs, white papers, case studies, and newsletters — content that moves buyers through complex sales cycles in regulated markets. Built as a program, not a pile of one-off requests.
Messaging & Positioning
Strategic frameworks that clarify who you are, who you’re for, and why it matters — before a word of copy gets written. The work that makes everything else perform better.
Commercial & Launch Content
Website copy, sales decks, one-pagers, and launch materials for the moments that define how your market sees you. Clinical fluency required — I have it built in.
LinkedIn & Social
Executive presence and thought leadership for B2B health tech audiences that don’t engage with noise. Strategy, ghostwriting, and calendar management included.
How I Work
Engagements are structured as retainers or project-based arrangements, depending on what your company needs. Retainers are a good fit for ongoing content production or long-term strategic partnership. Project engagements work well for defined deliverables like messaging frameworks, launch packages, or a content program buildout with a clear endpoint.
How Engagements Work
Discovery
Every project starts with me getting oriented in your world — your goals, your audience, what’s been tried, what’s broken, and what a win actually looks like for your team. I don’t skip this step. Generic strategy is worthless in healthcare and life sciences, where the regulatory context, the buyer, and the science all shape what’s possible.
Build
Strategy becomes output. Content strategy, messaging frameworks, campaign assets, thought leadership programs, executive communications — whatever the engagement calls for. AI-integrated throughout, which means faster production cycles and more iterations without proportionally more hours.
Ongoing
Most of my client relationships don’t end after one deliverable. I work with teams on a retainer or project basis, and I treat continuity as part of the value. The less time you spend re-briefing a new contractor, the more time you spend on the work that matters.
Most clients come in through a single service and expand from there. If you’re not sure which engagement is the right starting point, that’s exactly what the first conversation is for.
